Who we are

Superlab (superlabco.com) is run from India. Today the site has a waitlist and a contact form, and nothing else. Nothing is for sale and pre-orders are switched off.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email, an optional first name, which list you joined, and the consent text you saw at sign-up with the time you agreed.
• Contact form: your name, your email and your message.
• Security logs: basic logs that keep the site and its forms safe from abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not collect payment data. There are no accounts.
• No advertising. No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies.
• We do not currently use analytics.
• We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
• Nothing on this website collects data from any device. If a product launches, its data practices will be described on this site.

Who processes it for us

Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job.

• Supabase (database)
• Resend (email)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on forms)

Links to Instagram leave this site. We do not embed Instagram, and Instagram receives nothing from you unless you click through. Its own privacy policy then applies.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist sign-ups you never confirm are deleted after 30 days.
• If you confirm, we keep your details until you unsubscribe. We then delete them within 30 days.
• Contact messages are kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you your data, correct it or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, email hello@superlabco.com.

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.

These rights come from India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
